Jonathon Friedl started Black Mountain Manufacturing in 2016 with the goal of building the best contract manufacturing company in Colorado. Soon after, Jonathon brought Robert into a leadership role to help transform the small garage-shop into a multi-departmental organization. Jonathon pairs his understanding of leadership, organizational systems, and disruptive manufacturing technology with Robert's tireless focus on constant improvement and crisp, detail-oriented communication to build what is rapidly becoming the gold standard in Colorado contract-manufacturing.
